Chers candidats du HSK,

      Les relevés de résultats de l'examen HSK (Institut Confucius / Hanban) d'octobre 2018 sont arrivés au centre d'examen Mandarin Edu à Wuxi : les candidats sont priés de se le signaler mutuellement et de venir les retirer rapidement. Mandarin Edu Wuxi conserve les certificats HSK pendant trois ans ; durant cette période, chaque candidat peut retirer le sien sur présentation d'une pièce d'identité en cours de validité. Si vous avez égaré votre convocation HSK, connectez-vous au site sur lequel vous vous êtes inscrit à l'examen HSK pour en imprimer une attestation. Le centre d'examen HSK de Mandarin Edu à Wuxi est ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 9h30 à 18h00.      The HSK certificate ( the test held in October ) already arrived Wuxi Mandarinedu school / WUXI HSK TEST CENTER, you can come to get your own with your admission ticket and pasport. We will take care of your certificates three years, you can come to get it with your right proof in three year after your test. If you lost your admistion ticket,please get on the website you applied the HSK test to print a proof. Our working time is : Every Mondays to Fridays from 9:30 to 18:00, If you can't come on this time, you can contact us to make the appointment.  Si, pour des raisons personnelles, il ne vous est pas commode de vous déplacer au centre d'examen, vous pouvez choisir l'une des trois solutions suivantes :

   If you can't come to get your certificate by yourself. Here are three ways to get it :

   1. Procédure rapide : si vous êtes salarié d'une entreprise, demandez à votre service RH, à votre secrétariat ou à votre assistante de nous contacter au 0510-81151808 / 83488838 ou par e-mail à office@mandarinedu.org. Votre entreprise peut signer avec nous un accord de responsabilité et désigner une personne chargée des inscriptions et du retrait des certificats. Dès lors, tous les candidats de votre société pourront nous contacter directement par e-mail, par l'intermédiaire de cette personne, pour s'inscrire et retirer leur certificat, sans autre formalité pendant la durée de l'accord.

1. The easy and GREEN way:  If you work in a company, you can ask your HR , Secretary,  Assistant or someone who charge the traning or learning contact us. Our telephone is: 0510-81151808, 83488838, Our Email is: office@mandarinedu.org , We can sign a credibility and integrity agreement with your company,  After your company can arrange a person to deal with all the HSK test applying,checking the result with us, getting the certificates from us etc. During the agreement period, you don't need do any fees or procedures except send an email to us.

   2. Retrait par un ami ou un collègue : envoyez-nous un e-mail depuis l'adresse utilisée lors de votre inscription à office@mandarinedu.org, en nous indiquant l'identité de la personne qui viendra. Celle-ci devra présenter votre convocation à l'examen, une photocopie de votre passeport ainsi que sa propre pièce d'identité ; nous en conserverons une photocopie dans nos archives.

2.  Your friend or your colleagues come to get the certificate. We need you send us an email to tell us by the same email you register on the HSK test website. Our email is: office@mandarinedu.org, you need tell us who and when will come to get your certificate on that email. The person who come to us need bring your passport copy,admission ticket and his or her own Identity Document. We will take a picture to save it before we give out your certificate.

   3. Envoi postal : informez-nous par e-mail depuis l'adresse utilisée lors de votre inscription et ajoutez-nous sur WeChat (18661199988). Transmettez-nous ensuite une photo de votre passeport et de votre convocation ; nous vous enverrons le certificat par EMS. Les frais de port restent à la charge du candidat.

 3.  Need EMS to you. Please send us an email with the same email you register on the Chinese test website. You need tell us your information and where you want we send to you. After that, you can add our wechat: 18661199988, send your passport copy and admission ticket. After we confirmed the information. We will EMS to you, you will pay the EMS fee by yourself.

   Afin de garantir qu'aucun certificat ne soit retiré par une personne non autorisée, nous avons dû renforcer la procédure de retrait et vous prions de nous en excuser. Ces mesures protègent le certificat de chacun : merci de votre coopération et de votre compréhension.
